Traditional Kilts are the superior choice for discerning gentlemen looking for top of the line garments. They are handcrafted with 7 to 10 yards of Kilt weight (13oz or 16oz) fabric. The fabric has a finely finished edge that does not require a hem.
Casual Kilts are machine sewn from 4 to 5 yards of fabric. These are an excellent choice for teenagers, those wishing a fun second kilt or for gentlemen that only wear their kilt once or twice a year. They lend themselves nicely to lighter weight (10oz or 13oz) fabric, although they can be constructed in 16oz if you desire. 10oz fabric does not have the finely finished edge so does require a hem.
