Flashes and Garters assist the Kilt wearer in positioning their Kilt Hose at the proper height below the knee. The Garters hold the Hose in place while the Flashes provide a nice bit of color at the top of the sock. The Flashes can coordinate or contrast with the Kilt colors. Red Flashes are often used as a contrast color. $20.00
